Beginning in 2012, Hawee M&E Jsc has optimized its product quality and manufacturing efficiency by applying the five Kaizen principles to its production of M&E systems.
Hawee uses Kaizen manufacturing to ensure output of quality products
Kaizen manufacturing is based on a Japanese philosophy that encourages constant incremental improvement as identified and corrected by all employees, from floor-workers and technicians to management leaders, working together towards total system perfection.
Hawee uses the Kaizen approach to manufacture M&E systems according to strict quality standards and lower operating costs, resulting in high quality systems at competitive prices.

The word “Kaizen” is derived from its five principles: Seiri (be selective), Seiton (be organized), Seiso (be clean), Seiketsu (conform), and Shitsuke (be ready). Motivated by these five principles, Hawee’s factory operates as a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace that ensures the output of quality M&E system components.
Over more than four years of Kaizen implementation, Hawee’s factory processes have continuously improved, allowing Hawee to provide better solutions at faster output times per project. Hawee’s improved systems provide for the highest quality and most trust worthy M&E systems that meet even the strictest requirements of its clients.
