On January 15^th, 2012, Hawee M&E JSC hosted a party to close the year 2011, and welcome The Year of the Dragon.  In attendance was nearly 900 Hawee employees (factory workers, on-site technicians, engineers, office staff, and branch staff).

The high-point of the evening was when Mr. Trinh Van Ha, The General Director of Hawee, reviewed the company’s achievements over 2011.  He announced growth of more than 120% over the previous year, a feat particularly impressive in the context of the downturned economy.

Mr. Ha also discussed strengthening the team in 2012 to share the company’s values and understand that each individual benefits through the shared labor of the whole team.

Mr. Duong Xuan De, the Deputy General Director of Hawee, announced the 2012 goals for the company.  In 2012, the company will push towards 500 billion VND in revenue.  Mr. De stressed that this can be achieved  through the ongoing effort of each member of the Hawee team, and the shared determination to grow Hawee.

Both Mr. Ha and Mr. De highlighted 2012 as a year that will mark strong development for Hawee M&E JSC.

Hawee hosts the year-end closing ceremony each year to express gratitude to its employees and to discuss growth in the new year.  This is an opportunity for employees to meet each other on common ground, and celebrate the company’s achievements.
