In September, 2011, Hawee M&E JSC completed the installation of M&E systems in the Class A office building tower of the MIPEC Tower complex project, a full three months before the scheduled deadline.

This is the second time that Hawee has beat a scheduled construction deadline for this project, the first being in March, when the company completed the initial stage of the MIPEC project several months early.

Hawee continues to beat scheduled deadlines by maintaining a strong workforce and adhering to a production and installation plan that focuses on safety, efficiency, and Hawee’s own refined construction techniques.

Hawee has one building left to construct, and the company plans to finish all construction before the final scheduled deadline.

The MIPEC Tower project is planned as a high-end shopping and residential building, just South of central Hanoi.  The project is being developed by The Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) and is designed and managed by COTEBA Project Management Consultancy. 

According to the Engineer Dang Ngoc Phu – Hawee’s Chairman of M&E systems stated: "Since deploying the M&E construction package, Hawee has presented and followed the optimal technical plans, saving several billions VND investment costs for the investors. The plans were submitted to guarantee the best operating procedures, the fastest maintenance procedures and to optimize M&E systems for the project".
