On the 25th of December 2014, Hawee M&E Jsc was officially contracted by Prince Residence Jsc to provide M&E systems for the Prince Residence residential, retail and office-space project, a project worth more 70 billion VND in M&E systems alone. Hawee M&E Jsc agreed to provide electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems by December, 2015
The Prince Residence project is planned as a major complex of residential apartments, a shopping mall, office spaces, and a variety of amenities including schools, health centers, a market, and a trading center.
The project will be located on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District in Ho Chi Minh City, which connects the Tan Son Nhat International Airport to the city center. The project is being developed by the Prince Residence Jsc of Novaland Group.
While Hawee M&E Jsc. is no stranger to large scale projects, the Prince Residence project is an exciting development for Hawee M&E Jsc as their first project in the Southern province market.
