Being inspired by the Japanese Osaka flower, the Employer has paid full attention to develop an exquisite architecture with full facilities, a living place imbued with Japanese identity called Osaka Complex. This would be the first project owning Osaka flower road in Hanoi.

Located at the “golden” location to the south of Hanoi capital, with the area of 84.654 m² containing two 35-storey buildings, full of facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center for citizens, and seven large, medium and small lakes around the project. Osaka Complex is considered as a Japanese miniature city, a meaningful gift for the people who love Japanese culture.

The overview of OSAKA COMPLEX project model

On the date of Dec 19^th 2016, the Board of Director of Hawee Mechanical and Electrical JSC has hold the Project “kick-off” meeting. In the meeting, the Board of Director analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the project, then announced the plan for manpower allocation, human resource arrangement, ensuring construction quality as well as the project implementation schedule.

At Osaka Complex project, Hawee Mechanical and Electrical JSC will construct electrical system items including: Indoor light system supply and installation, Extra low voltage system, CTN, HVAC with the contract value of over 100 billion Vnd within 15 months. Hawee believes that the close and effective cooperation of the two sides will bring success for Osaka Complex in the project implementation process, enhancing the reputation of the Employer as well as Hawee – The leading electro-mechanical solution providing contractor in Vietnam.
