In early December, 2011, Khai Hung Ltd awarded Hawee M&E JSC to provide electric, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and gas systems for the Sail Tower residential project. This contract is valued at more than 64 billion VND.
The Nhue River residential project has two towers of apartments on 30 and 27 levels, with three levels of shared base, and an underground level for parking. The project includes retail spaces, a sports center, and an outdoor swimming pool.
