Ibis Style Vung Tau hotel has 12 floors, with a capacity of 250 rooms. It is intended that Accor Hotels will be its operator upon its handover in the fourth quarter of 2019. Having experience in luxury hotel and resort projects, managed and operated by globally leading multinational corporations such as Melia hotels International (Melia Ho Tram at the Hamptons), Intercontinental hotels group (Intercontinental Phu Quoc long beach resort ), etc. At Ibis Style Vung Tau Hotel, Hawee M&E offers optimal solutions, using modern and reputable brands for M&E systems, so that the completed hotel meets all the standards set by Accor Group globally for the Ibis style brand. For instance, the building management system (BMS) will take signals from all the main equipment of the hotel M&E systems to the central control room, which helps the hotel management board to monitor and operate the entire systems from the control room. All use Schnieder Electric’s high-end control equipment. Fire protection is also focused by the supply of the main equipment meeting the UL/FM standards of the world’s leading manufacturers Notifier-USA fire alarms and controllers and SPP-USA pumps.
