Immediately after receiving the announcements, the Board of Directors held a kick-off meeting to review projects’ requirements and allocate human resource and the best conditions to each project ensuring Hawee can meet the time schedule proposed to the developers.

Working alongside developer VNTA, Hawee is providing mechanical and electrical services, whose total package value is over 245 billion dong, for the project Expansion of Telecommunication Bureau Building. Hawee is appointed to deliver this project within 450 days.

The VNTA’s building is designed to host up to 28 floors and 4 basements with total floor area of ​​nearly 49,000 sq. m. The building is located in Yen Hoa ward - Cau Giay district, Hanoi and will be served as head office of the Telecommunication Bureau and its Data Center.

Proving top-notch quality of work, professionalism in the first phase of the Goldmark City, Hawee is trusted to implement M&E items for the second phase, corresponding to Area B of the project, including the 201, 204 and 205 tower and two basements. This 400 billion dong contract is scheduled for completion in August 2017.

The Goldmark City is a closed mix use urban complex, spanning over 12 hectares of land, comprised of a 5 level shopping centre of thousands of hectares; a school of 2,1 hectares; 9 buildings of 40 level each and nearly 5000 apartments coming with high-end amenities such as movie theatre, in-door swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and especially a retention basin.
