Hawee signs a 500 billion dong contract with MIK Group

Hawee will be in charge of providing M&E system equipment as well as installation of electrical, plumbing, ELV, and HVAC system for the Imperia Garden. This project is planned to take Hawee 10 months to complete with the delivery scheduled for April 2017.

The Imperia Garden is one of the high-end projects with large investment in current luxury real estate market. Encompassing 42.264 squared meter, the project, will be comprised of 2000 high end residential apartments, office and luxury retail space combined in four 27-35 level towers.
Along with the VPBank Tower, this development tightens the strategic partnership between the M.I.K Group and Hawee. Hawee shares the developer's belief that the Imperia Garden will become an exclusive state-of-the-art mixed-use development in Hanoi.
