Hawee signs contract to cooperate with the BIM Group on the 5-Star InterContinental Resort on Phu Quoc Island

The ambitious InterContinental Resort, located at Phu Quoc Marina Complex on the scenic island of Phu Quoc, is being developed by the Syrena Vietnam Investment and Development Jsc (Syrena Vietnam), a member of The BIM Group, is valued at 60 million USD.
The InterContinental Resort on Phu Quoc Island will offer 5-Star service
The 5-Star InterContinental Resort on Phu Quoc Island is designed with more than 336 guest rooms, 115 apartments, 5 villas, a conference facility, restaurants, a spa, and other amenities. The project will cover a total area of 9.2 hectares and will be managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group.
The competitive project was awarded to Hawee to provide M&E systems. Selection was based on a review of Hawee’s past large-scale projects including Mandarin Garden, Eco Park, Green Star, VP Bank Tower, Goldmark City, D’Palais de Louis, Imperial Garden, Five Stars, and Goldskillk Complex projects.
Hawee and The BIM Group meet to sign the contract
Mr. Doan Quoc Viet, Chairman of the BIM Group, shares his thoughts on the project.
At the contract signing, Mr. Doan Quoc Viet expressed his pleasure in working with Hawee M&E Jsc, and promised that the BIM Group will support Hawee to provide the best quality M&E systems for the project.
Both parties believe that this is the beginning of a long-term relationship to work together on luxury projects like the 5-Star InterContinental Resort on Phu Quoc Island.
