31.05.2017

As a general M&E contractor for Goldmark City, a mega project achieving the Guinness Vietnam record for the apartment complex with Vietnam’s most squares, Hawee attended “Opening ceremony of Ruby Square and Welcome Goldmark City residents” event at Ruby square on May 28.

Hawee delivered there a speech introducing Hawee’s Mechanical and Electrical systems to give residents an overview of its Mechanical and Electrical systems as well as utilities offered by Hawee to their new lives at Goldmark City.

Especially, at Goldmark City, Hawee developed a 3S model of SAFE- SMART- SERVICE. “SAFE” factor is Hawee’s top priority to all equipment and items related to Mechanical and Electrical Systems in the building and apartments. Hawee synchronically invested in fire alarming and fighting and public address systems so that in case of any incident, the building management board can fully control the situation and ensure the maximum security for residents.

Smart Building Management System (BMS) integrated and developed by Hawee allows Mechanical and Electrical Systems to be controlled from one central location, ensuring that the building management board can mobilize back-up generators and activate water supply and drainage and fire protection systems to prevent emergencies.

One significant point that has not been offered by any M&E Contractor is a “Quick response” warranty service. Once the Investor hands over apartments to residents, Hawee will give them Apartment Handbooks - Mechanical and Electrical System Manuals and a hotline. In case of incidents involving apartment M&E systems, customers can contact Hawee directly to get support from Hawee staff.

The event was to welcome the first residents of Ruby area and open the project’s largest Ruby Square with nearly 8,000 square meters. The square has a large and open space for Ruby Residents in particular and the whole project in general. Its highlight is the glittering sun towers made from thousands of ceramic pieces, creating a colorful artwork, inspiring residents’ creativity with full of energy.
