Hawee has further selected for Novaland’s eighth project – Sunrise Riverside

Following the National Independence Day, Hawee returned to work with an exciting start to be selected as the contractor for the package “Supply, installation and maintenance of electrical, water supply and drainage, and HAVC systems” - Lot E – South Saigon - Sunrise Riverside project of the most prestigious investor - Novaland.
The new project is an Apartment - Office - Trade – Service Complex, located in Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. It also lies on Nguyen Huu Tho street, the only North - South strategic road linking District 1 with South Saigon, and connecting to Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, linking South Saigon urban area and Long Thanh Airport. With a full range of luxury internal facilities provided by the investor as well as external utilities gained from the geographical location, Sunrise Riverside is exactly a new address to attract customers of the Southern real estate market.
Perspective of Sunrise Riverside Project
Having been credited with a series of previous collaborative projects, Novaland now continues to shake hands with Hawee to optimally execute their works. After the successful delivery of The Prince Residence project, Hawee is in the final stages of completing The Botanica project to meet the delivery schedule this September. Including the new project, Hawee is currently executing six projects of investor Novaland; therefore, human resource allocation has always been paid attention by Hawee management to each project with at least 80% experienced ones. It is the most important that despite winning the additional project, previous ones must be well done and successfully handed over to the investor in a close management manner while running the new project since each success will be a solid block to build trust.

Selection of supplies, equipment, and construction methods for Sunrise Riverside is similar to that of Novaland’s previous projects for which Hawee acted as an M & E contractor, showing the quality uniformity as well as ensuring the seamlessness of Sunrise-branded project chain of the investor.
The new project contributed to Hawee M & E’s revenue of VND1,500 billion recognized only in the first five months of 2017, further affirming the reputation of an M & E contractor and also guaranteeing its ability to execute many more high-class projects.
