Hawee to win M&E contract worth 333 billion dong at the Discovery Complex

Hawee will work closely with the project developer, SERVICO Cau Giay Jsc, and the construction contractors, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation, to ensure that all schedules are met accordingly
Hawee M&E Jsc was awarded to deliver a 333 billion VND M&E system for the Discovery Complex project.
Hawee will design, manufacture and install the full mechanical and electrical (M&E) system including electrical, ELV, and HVAC systems for the office buildings and shopping mall of the Discovery Complex.
The M&E system installation is scheduled for completion by May 2017.
The Discovery Complex Project concept
At 43 levels and spanning an area of more than 10,865 square meters, the Discovery Complex is planned to be among the top three tallest buildings in Hanoi. The Discovery Complex will host commercial, office and residential space.
Hawee will work closely with the project developer, SERVICO Cau Giay Jsc, and the construction contractors, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation, to ensure that all schedules are met accordingly.
This project will demonstrate Hawee’s advanced expertise and capacity for large-scale projects with difficult technical requirements.
