Hawee Training Center Opened Supervision Engineers Course 02

As a part of the plan to recruit and train a team of high-quality design and supervision engineers, on August 29 at the head office, Hawee Training Center hold the opening ceremony of the Supervision Engineering Course 02 with the attendance of more than 25 new supervision engineers, Training Center staffs and especially Hawee Group Chairman - Mr. Trinh Van Ha.

After the integration training for new employees, this was the second time young engineers met and talked with the Chairman whose words made the new members more enthusiastic. Since knowledge is endless, for young people, learning to improve their profession is a tremendous opportunity. Joining Hawee, whether experienced or not, employees are always facilitated to improve their expertise and working skills through training. This is not only a “win-win” relationship between Hawee and the employees but also represent Hawee’s social responsibilities by contributing to the nation’s high-quality human resources training.

The supervision engineer training will last for 2 months, including 4 first weeks of theoretical lessons, in which participants will be trained on how to read the principle diagrams, how to look up the construction parameters, the overall process of implementing an M &E, quality - construction method standards, labor safety and so on. They will then practice the construction organization on the sites of Hawee’s current projects under the supervision/instruction of the respective supervision engineers.

Following the success of the Supervision Engineer Course 1 in June, Hawee Training Center believes that with the training program designed specifically for these target trainees, young engineers after graduation will be more confident in their expertise and make positive contributions to the overall success of the projects.
