Having involved in most of large-scale projects all over Vietnam, Hawee M&E jsc has been improving its reputation as the most capable and reliable M&E contractor in the country. Contracts on M&E systems implementation have been continuously awarded to the company.

Recently on May 10, Hawee is proud to officially win the bidding to provide the M&E systems’ materials, equipment and implement one as well for Imperia Garden HBI project of which the contract value reaches 79 billion dong.

Developed by HBI Jsc., the Imperia Garden is a mixed-use development, which is comprised of residential, and office space, featuring commercial services. The project covers an area of 42.2 hectares at 203 Nguyen Huy Tuong street, Hanoi.

One of the project’s highlights is its self-contained infrastructure encompassing full amenities and services: medical clinic, 4-season swimming pool, fitness and health club, kid playground, school, shopping centre, smart below-ground parking, and so on. The project is designed to provide green spaces of 1.2 hectares, creating a relaxing and fresh environment for its residents.

Well-designed and safe M&E systems enable a project's success. At the Imperia Garden, Hawee contractor is contracted to implement complete modern M&E systems, including lighting control system, distribution system, ELV system, plumbing system and HVAC system for block A. Hawee is plated for completion before April 2017.

Hawee M&E Jsc is currently working on a number of large-scale projects such as Goldmark City, Goldsilk Complex, D.’Palais de Louis,  CT1 Hoang Cau and Five Star Garden.
