Perspective of Intercontinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort Project

With the location close to the coast to take advantage of the natural wind direction from the sea, Hawee’s M&E engineers have to make technical calculations so that natural wind from the sea will be caught in both summer and winter, creating air circulation from the apartments to the hall and lobby. Therefore, the rigorous problem set for Hawee when installing the air conditioning and ventilation system at Intercontinental Phu Quoc is how to regulate and manage the air quality and temperature inside the building as well as within the apartments.
