Mipec Tower contractors, M&E construction package project
The Mipec Tower project’s construction is near completion and is being prepared for use, along with that, the M&E system is invested with a total value of 280 billion.
Hawee M&E JSC - the contractor for the construction project at Mipec Tower - said, in September, 2011 the company continues to deliver and install the M&E system for the Class A office buildings tower of the Mipec Tower complex project. This is the second time of handing-over after the operation of Picomall in March, 2011. By the end of December, 2011, Hawee continues to complete the M&E package for the remaining tower of Mipec Tower – the luxury apartment tower .
Mipec Tower is invested by the Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (Mipec). The project includes two 27-story high-end residential buildings and a 25-story modern office tower. The M&E package for the entire project has been undertaken by Hawee with a total contract value of 280 billion.
Currently Hawee is also providing the M&E contractor for a number of other projects such as Crown Plaza, Ecopark, Lugia, and Green Park.
