Hawee to provide M&E systems for the Five Star Garden Project

The project has been developed by the Transport and Construction Ltd Company (GFS group), in cooperation with reliable contractors: construction contractor Conteccons, M&E contractor Hawee, designers Coninco and ArchiVina.
On March 10th, 2016, Hawee M&E Jsc officially signed a contract with the Transport and Construction Company Ltd to supply M&E systems for the Dai Kim commercial, office and residential complex (Five Star Garden project)
Dai Kim’s Five Star Garden is a massive commercial, office and residential complex located at 2 Kim Giang Street in Hanoi’s Thanh Xuan District.
Built on an area of over 12,600 square meters, the project includes two towers with 30 levels and a two-level shared basement. The first to fifth floors of are dedicated to commercial and office space. The project covers a total area of 156,660 square meter with the body construction rate of 42.79%.
The Five Star Garden Concept
The project is being developed by the Transport and Construction Company Ltd (part of GFS Group) with reliable contractors Conteccons, Coninco, ArchiVina, and Hawee M&E Jsc.
Hawee was chosen to supply the M&E system, of which the project value is over 135 billion Vietnam dong, because the contractor has installed excellent systems in other large scale complex projects around Vietnam, and has been a trusted electrical and plumbing system provider for related projects.
Once the contract was signed, Hawee sprung into action, organizing a design team and creating schedules that will finish the project in 2017.
