On August 5^th 2016, Hawee M&E Jsc was awarded to provide the M&E system for the Central Field – MB Land Project.  This large-scale project is valued at more than 120 billion VND.

For this project, Hawee will supply materials, equipment and installation of the M&E system including a complex electrical system with a substation and electric generator, a plumbing system complete with water treatment capabilities, an ELV system with PA and cameras, and a comprehensive ventilation system.  Hawee will provide this system before the third quarter of 2017.

The Central Field – MB  Land Project is one of the largest projects of developer, Bac Ha Company.  The project covers a total ground area of more than 7,100 square meters, and has a construction area of 115,000 square meters.  The project has three 30-level towers complete with three levels of basement and parking.  Two of the towers will host high-end residential living space and one tower will host A-level office space and five-levels of commercial space.

After the announcement, Hawee quickly organized a planning team that included the company’s chairman and the general director.  The team allocated its top staff to design the M&E system, monitor production, and manage implementation to ensure that the project will meet all schedules and surpass international quality and visual standards.

While Hawee is involved in a number of projects around Vietnam, Hawee is using the Central Field – MB Land project as a chance to showcase its M&E systems as the most safe and sustainable systems in Vietnam.
