With substantial experience in M&E for many projects in various fields including real estate, hotel/ resort/ golf course, trade- office centers, factory and so on, Hawee continues to win the tender for Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trading Center project (Vinacomin Tower).

A meeting was held on 1^st April 2017 by Management Board of Hawee M & E to kick off this project. Accordingly, Hawee M & E shall conduct installation of Electrical-ELV System and Water supply & Drainage System. 

Overview of Vinacomin Tower

Regarding Electrical System, a Blockset shall be used as an overall low voltage cabinet. This cabinet is produced by Hawee factory to meet specific investor’s requirements on safety and engineering. Moreover, all materials used at the junctions between the Busway segments as well as between Bus Bars and electric collectors are silver plated and seismically tested under UBC Seismic Region 4 conditions. The Water supply and Drainage System with a waste water treatment station of up to 180 m³/ day, using Thai Unisanpol technology, has been strictly designed to suit office building.

We believe that advanced technologies used by Hawee in implementing construction of M&E system and close and effective mutual coordination during the implementation of the project shall bring success to Vinacomin Tower project and promote the prestige for both investor as and  Hawee as a high quality M&E Contractor in Vietnam.

The Vinacomin Tower project has total investment capital of 3,771 bilion dong. The tower consists of 35 floors, two technical floors and five basements which function to meet demand for office of Vinacomin, its facilities in Hanoi and its branches in other provinces.
