Overview

Hawee was selected to be the contractor for and started to execute “F-Ville 2 project” in December 2015. After 12 months of construction, Hawee completed all the works and handed over the project to the full satisfaction of the investor. Hawee supplied and installed M&E systems, including electrical, ELV, water supply and drainage and HVAC systems, for the C3 building – F-Ville 2.

In this project, the Chairman of Hawee Group personally acted as the Project Management Officer (PMO), expressing the leadership’s concern for the project. Thus, despite few members of the management board, the project was completed excellently. At the closing ceremony, Hawee Chairman cum PMO thanked the whole F-Ville 2 Project Management Board for successfully completing the project and also seriously acknowledged strong and weak points throughout the implementation. He was most satisfied by the apparent maturity of the members of the Management Board who were not afraid and were excellent individuals.

 The collective effort is undeniable, but a great contribution to this success is the dedication and hard work of the Project Manager (PM) - Mr. Nguyen Van Duc. As a project with the attention of the Government and other agencies, the F-Ville 2 Project Management Board faced a pressure to seek how to bring a quality project in accordance with the schedule set out by the investor.

During the construction, it was sometimes very difficult, especially when the project was about to be completed. Yet, thanks to the close guidance of the leadership, the coordination of the whole Management Board and the good cooperation from the investor, all difficulties were resolved so that the project was successful. After this project, Nguyen Van Duc continues to work as the Project Manager for HD Mon City, one of the projects that have heated up the real estate market in recent years.

The old project management board had an exciting reunion after the project was handed over. This was an opportunity for them to retrieve their project memories together, share about the new project work as well as the changes in each person’s life. The F-Ville 2 Project has brought these people together to create a team, working together and accumulating experience, so that each of them can contribute to the success of the other projects, for an increasingly strong Hawee.

The “F-Ville 2” project invested by FPT Software Hanoi Co., Ltd was built at Technological Village No.3, Software Zone, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park. With a total investment of $15 million, the project consists of an office block with a total floor area of ​​approximately 28,000 square meters, providing workplaces for about 3,000 employees and full auxiliary functions such as specialist rooms, cafeteria and leisure spaces.
