Immediately prior to the delivery of Imperia Garden Project located at No. 203 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Hawee has further selected to be the contractor for the supply and installation of electrical, extra low voltage and HVAC systems for MIK investor’s new project - Imperia Sky Garden.

Imperia Sky Garden is a trade – service – office – hotel – Apartment – kindergarten and school mixed use complex meeting international standards located at 423 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. The project consists of 04 towers with a total of 1,866 apartments, built on an area of over 20,000 square meters. With a low construction density, the project surrounded by green buildings, shady tree-lined paths, seasonal blooming flowers and fresh green lawns and so on is the gift created by the passion of the Investor and modern French architects dedicated exclusively to this high-end complex.

One of the highlights of Imperia Sky Garden is the use of Korean construction technologies in which the whole walls are completely made of concrete instead of the previous masonry technology. This is also the first time Hawee has done M&E works for this type of construction, causing difficulties for Hawee as construction methods need to be revised and monitored closely. Working with familiar investors, Hawee has been more cautious in its construction. In particular, due to this project’s unique nature, Hawee has allocated resources to the Imperia Sky Garden Project Execution Board, including experienced engineers in previous large projects, ensuring the construction quality as a prerequisite for all works.

There is a fierce competition in the real estate market with more and more new investment projects as well as more choices for home buyers, making the criteria of service quality and handover schedule the focuses for comparison. Thus, the pressure on investors and contractors has been increased, requiring more collaboration between the units to get a successful project. It is not only a challenge, but more than that, an opportunity for Hawee to assert its competitiveness and get serious cooperation from the units as well as create further cooperation projects in the future.
