Fire Fighting system (FFS) is one of the most important parts of the whole M&E system in all projects. This is the basic system that any project must equip to ensure the safety of people and property. Article 17, Decree No. 79/2014 / ND-CP also stipulates that construction works must be inspected for FFS in order to be eligible to put into use, but not all constructions can now overcome inspection by authorities. Hinode City was launched in January 2018, built at 201 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung. The project is invested by the Construction Trading Corporation (Vietracimex). The project is designed to include an office complex, a shopping center and 3 26-storey towers, providing 1,099 Japanese-style apartments. Hinode City is considered one of the leading projects in Hai Ba Trung district because it is not only the enthusiasm of the investor but also the product of the leading names in the architecture world.

Last June, Hawee successfully inspected the fire protection system of the entire Hinode City project. During the handover of the project, the Project Management Board in conjunction with the QC and T&C team has repeatedly checked single-dynamic operation, interconnected the system and thoroughly handled unexpected errors. Therefore, the fire protection system at the Hinode City project was quickly approved by the authorities which performed field inspection
