Hawee Was Selected As M&E Contractor For Richstar Residence (Novaland)

In early March, Hawee continued to be awarded M&E contract for Richstar Residence project (HCMC). This is the fourth project that Hawee has collaborated with Novaland. This again demonstrates Hawee’s prestige, quality and professionalism highly appreciated by the Investor through three projects of The Prince, The Botanica and Golden Mansion.
Located on an area of 3.8 hectares in a favorable position - right in front of two main streets of Hoa Binh and To Hieu, Richstar Residence is the first project to use a smart management system in Tan Phu district.

The project has six 25-storey towers with an outstanding class complex, especially a unique local utility chain, including 02 swimming pools of 1,700m2, a shopping center, a green area, a children’s play area and so on. It promises to be an ideal stopover for every family.

On March 6, 2017, Leadership of Hawee M&E held a “kick off” meeting for the project. At Richstar Residence, Hawee will execute M&E items, including supply and installation of internal and external electrical systems, extra low voltage systems, water supply & drainage system and HVAC systems in 15 months. Hawee believes that close and effective cooperation between the two parties during project implementation will bring further success to Richstar, enhancing reputation of both Hawee and the Investor.
